BOULDER, Colo., October 20, 2015SportsLabs, a leading sports-technology provider, today announced that it has enabled the launch of Samsung Milk Music service’s sports genre. The new feature launched with the college football season kickoff on September 2, 2015.

With the addition of the SportsLabs-powered sports channels, Samsung Milk Music streams more than 900 college football games and conference championships from 122 universities. Once the college basketball season begins later this fall, the service will broadcast more than 3,000 games from 137 teams.

“Samsung Milk Music is a stellar product that delivers one of the deepest experiences around two of the most sought-after genres, music and sports,” said John Burris, president of SportsLabs. “Today’s fans expect a full sports experience from their mobile devices. But not many companies can do it well—there are a lot of moving parts. SportsLabs pulls it all together, from rights management to the technological challenges of aggregating all of the feeds and data that people expect to have at their fingertips.”

Samsung Milk Music also launched home and away game audio feeds when available for college football and basketball games, enabled by SportsLabs.

Live stream content will appear on the dial once the pre-show has begun, including real-time score updates, until the post-show has been completed. Additionally, the Sports Guide, which is located on the main menu, will be updated daily, listing all of the day’s available games and final game score listings.
