Overview
Sports Labs Ltd is a company registered in Scotland, which is part of the Sports Labs group of companies collectively referred to as “Sports Labs”, “we” or “us” in this policy. We are committed to maintaining your trust and confidence and maintaining the security of your data is a priority at Sports Labs. We respect your privacy rights and we handle your personal data fairly and legally at all times. We want you to know that Sports Labs Ltd. is not in the business of selling, renting or trading personal information and data is solely used to enable us to serve you. In this PRIVACY POLICY we provide lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure. This policy protects you whether you meet with us in person, use a computer or mobile device to access our websites, or submit information to us via mail, customer surveys or through APPS we have developed.
Wi-Fi
When you use SPORTS LABS Wi-Fi, we may collect data about:
a) your device
b) the volume of data which you use
c) the websites and applications which you access
d) your usage by access time, frequency and location.
Security Cameras
We have posted signs on our premises to inform you that we are using CCTV for the safety of our staff and visitors. If you visit our offices in person, our security cameras will record activity from the moment you pull into our parking lot. Additional cameras are located throughout the building. By signing our front desk guest book, you are agreeing to & acknowledging the use of our CCTV system. In the event of a security incident, our video footage may be retained, stored and passed over to the police. In the unlikely event that this happens, you will be notified within 72 hours.
Newsletters
As part of the registration process for our newsletters, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. While we compile our own newsletters, we use a third-party provider to deliver them. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletters. You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email or by emailing us at info@sportslabs.co.uk
Products & Services
When you enquire about or purchase products, services or merchandise from Sports Labs, your name, address, email and contact number will be stored in our system. It is not possible for us to serve you without your agreement to supply the aforementioned personal data. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
Google Analytics
When someone visits www.sportslabs.co.uk, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

We may use third-party software and cloud services to manage and store your data. We have reviewed the privacy policies of these organisations to ensure they are following GDPR. We do not authorise third parties to make use of your data for their own purposes, and we have the ability to remove your data from our third parties upon your request.
